Postpartum Doula
in Knoxville & Maryville,TN
Professional doula support so your family can rest, recover, and adjust after baby arrives — without entering the "newborn trenches".
Because bringing a baby home is beautiful… and overwhelming.
I support families throughout the fourth trimester so you don’t feel like you have to do everything alone.
Hi, I'm Jerika, a certified doula since 2020, with 2.5 years of experience as a student midwife.

The early weeks with a newborn aren’t meant to be navigated alone — but for most families, they are.
You’re healing.
You’re learning your baby.
You’re running on broken sleep, figuring out feeding, and wondering if what you’re experiencing is “normal.”
And somehow… you’re still expected to
hold everything together.
This is where support changes everything.
My role is to help you walk into postpartum prepared —
not scared and feeling isolated.

Meet Your Knoxville Postpartum Doula
Hello again, it's Jerika! I am a full-spectrum (birth + postpartum) doula and childbirth + newborn educator serving families across Knoxville, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee communities.
I began this work in 2020 and spent over two years training alongside homebirth midwives, where I saw firsthand how much preparation, support, and continuity of care can shape a family’s experience.
And I also saw the opposite — families left feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, or wishing they’d known their options sooner.
That’s why my work focuses on education, preparation, and steady support before families reach the point of overwhelm.
My role isn’t to replace your partner or medical team.
It’s to help you feel informed, confident, and grounded — no matter how your birth unfolds — and to help your whole family feel supported as you transition into parenthood.
Because birth isn’t just a medical event.
It’s the beginning of a new chapter for your family.
