My Background

I’m a Full Spectrum Doula based in Knoxville, Tennessee—supporting prenatal, birth, and postpartum journeys with compassion, knowledge, and holistic care. I also specialize in placenta encapsulation, placenta prints, and tinctures for natural postpartum wellness.

Since 2020, I’ve supported families across a wide range of birth experiences—at home, in birth centers, and in hospital settings—as a Student Midwife and Doula. My care is rooted in the belief that birth is a powerful, transformative experience that should be informed, respected, and aligned with your values.
