Postpartum Doula Support in Knoxville & Maryville
Hands-on support so your family can rest, recover, and adjust after baby arrives — without entering the "newborn trenches".
Because bringing a baby home is beautiful… and exhausting.
I support families throughout the fourth trimester so you don’t feel like you have to do everything alone.

Hi, I'm Jerika, a certified doula since 2020, with 2.5 years of experience as a student midwife.
My role is to help you walk into postpartum prepared — not scared.
Support includes:
-
Newborn care guidance + reassurance
-
Hands-on support so parents can rest + recover
-
Feeding and adjustment support
-
Emotional check-ins + transition support
-
Help creating routines that work for your family
So you feel rested, supported, and confident adjusting to life with your baby.
What Families Say Support Changes
Families often tell me postpartum support helps them:
✓ Feel less overwhelmed
✓ Get more sleep
✓ Recover more smoothly
✓ Enjoy their baby sooner
✓ Feel confident caring for their newborn
✓ Adjust as a team instead of just surviving
Support changes the entire transition home.

Hello again! I'm Jerika, the heart behind Daisy Doula Services
I am a full-spectrum (birth + postpartum) doula, placenta encapsulator, and childbirth + newborn educator serving families across Knoxville, Maryville, and surrounding East Tennessee communities.
I began this work in 2020 and spent over two years training alongside homebirth midwives, where I saw firsthand how much preparation, support, and continuity of care can shape a family’s experience.
And I also saw the opposite — families left feeling overwhelmed, unsupported, or wishing they’d known their options sooner.
That’s why my work focuses on education, preparation, and steady support before families reach the point of overwhelm.
My role isn’t to replace your partner or medical team.
It’s to help you feel informed, confident, and grounded — no matter how your birth unfolds — and to help your whole family feel supported as you transition into parenthood.
Because birth isn’t just a medical event.
It’s the beginning of a new chapter for your family.
